I'd been to a few other bridal shops, but the moment I walked in to Love Story Bridal I just felt at ease. Steph made us feel really welcome and we sat and chatted about how me and my fianc got engaged, how long we had been together and where and when we were getting married. We had a cup of tea and some cakes and then I selected some dresses to try on. I tried on several different dresses (and accessories) and two hours flew by.I was pretty sure I found THE dress so I booked back in for the following week.Again, despite us only being there the week before Steph's hospitallity and brilliant customer service shone through. I tried on THE dress again in heels similar to the height I will wear on the day and walked around the shop and also sat down just to make sure I felt comfortable. I had all my measurements taken and despite my wedding being a while off, I ordered my perfect dress. Now I just have to wait to be able to wear it!! Steph was more like a friend, and made us feel completely at ease and even took photos for me so I could keep looking back at the dress.Thank you again Steph for making our day one to remember and I can't wait to visit you and the dress again.
What an amazing shop and incredible lady. I could not recommend a better/friendlier person to work with for my special day. Stephanie wanted to know all about me and what I had planned so far for my wedding and took time to get to know me, what I want and what I like/dont like. Then she helped me pick a few to try on and I found the one. We laughed, cried and drank quite a lot of prosecco for a Tuesday afternoon but it was such an amazing experience that will stay with me forever. She made it so personal and special which I will never forget. I have found the most incredible dress and have been back to visit it once already. Again thank you so much!
Love Story Bridal was the first and only bridal store I went to when looking for my wedding dress. I didn't need to look any further! From the second we walked in, we were made to feel at ease and encouraged to relax and enjoy the whole experience which I really did! I had no idea what I wanted in a dress, but Steph was so friendly and knowledgeable that I loved every second. I found the perfect dress in the perfect bridal store. Thank you so much Steph for going out of your way to arrange times for us to come and look at dresses on more than one occasion, for allowing me time and helping me find a beautiful dress! You have been amazing! All the little added extras of cakes, prosecco and gift bag made the experience so special. I can't wait to come back when my dress arrives and try it on again!!
