A 5 star rating for a 5 star service from Kyle at Reeds Rains, Longridge! Courteous, informative, prompt in responding and an absolute asset to the company... you dont get customer service like that anymore (unfortunately) but Kyles restored my faith in letting agents again!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Mark and Kyle are extremely professional. If you are marketing your house they both do everything they can to keep you updated, there is no jargon it's clear communication. We met with all the estate agents from longridge before marketing our house and they were by far the best for the above reasons. Yes you do pay a little more but if you want to sell quickly it's well worth it! Highly recommended. Thank you reeds rains. If we market or buy again you are our first choice.
