Terrible service. Promises of calls back with no response for months, the odd email here and there to make it seem as though they will respond to you but nothing. Even the managing director Michelle Streeton does not have the basic professionalism to respond when she promises to do so. Hugely regret falling for the sales scam and do not recommend to anyone, our clinic may even have to take legal action due to sheer lack of commitment on their behalf, still awaiting anyone to provide us with correct information or to acknowledge a refund that was requested months ago. Truly Terrible
I have been part of the advertising process for about 2months now . My experience of the process was nothing but professional. The preston office girls were very good, and made everything run smoothly . We had good communication all the time , helping me with any amendments needed to give me a high quality advert. The costing is a good deal and I can only hope that this will bring lots of business my way. I look forward to continuing with Onbrand in the future.
I have recently signed up to advertise with Onbrand Networks in the Windsor Toni&Guy. I have had brilliant contact with the girls at the Preston office. Emily is always ringing me to check i understand what needs to be sent over to make sure my advert is going to look good. I am now awaiting to see what she sends me over but im sure its going to be excellent.
Absolutely terrible service. We were told that we would be able to advertise in Toni & Guy salons on the "brand newly installed screens" only to find out no new screens were installed. no response after having paid thousands of pounds. Refund requested and NO response DO NOT PAY MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE IT IS A SCAM. Very unprofessional and insulting.
