Amazing local gym! Friendly environment and for someone who feared gyms I felt extremely welcome and never once felt uncomfortable! All staff super approachable and always ready to help! Well equipped and the cleaniless is secon to none!

I thoroughly enjoy my workouts at Fitness Plus. Ben has worked out several programmes for me and Im seeing great results, hes always supportive, with any questions I may have. Great array of uptodate equipment and showering facilities are also available to use. Wills short clips on FB n Instagram are always informative and hes always introducing new offers - would definitely recommend this gym to anyone
